Bank Branch Vault Access
The Bank Branch Vault Access is used at Hanex Bank branches (Cheongun Village, NuriGO West, Songdo Wharf, two at Wolves Stadium) (grid F4 / I7 / F8). The vault in each bank branch. Put a Car Battery in the sparking panel (the reader shows READER LACKS POWER until then), use this card, then enter the four-digit code: a paper note somewhere in the same bank gives the first three digits and you guess the last. The code changes every match.
