- Main floor: from the south lobby go into the east wing, through the double doors and down the corridor to the Counting Room (the door reads Heavenly Luck Casino Counting Room). The key opens both the outer and inner doors.

- Through the casino corridor with the gold lattice screens and a back office with a counter and desks, to a brown wooden double door. Player report, not checked by the guides.
- Inside
- Foot locker, weapon crate, safes, cash and a duffel. Nuclear Program Files, an Encrypted Archive and a Gold Skull have been reported, and a Zip Gun recipe in the storage room.
