The Supreme Leader's Bunker Access Card is used at Chang-san Air Base bunker, behind Admin Complex No. 2 (grid B6). Big grey blast door at the bottom of the bunker, reached from stairwell 02 of Admin Complex No. 2 through white blast doors, a long crawl and more stairs. It is an access card, not a key.
